Awareness days – there’s one for everything and whilst it can all seem a bit annoying, there are a few in there that can be related to your business, services or products.
But where do you find them all out – read on and I’ll let you know!
You may have to be a little creative – but have some fun, because these awareness days can give you some quick and easy content – if you plan it in advance!
If you’re a restaurant, there are plenty of food-related ones including National Pie Day on January 23rd, World Nutella Day on February 5th and National Meatball Day on March 9th.
If you’re a therapist, there are several to keep an eye on including Blue Monday on January 21st, Time to Talk Day on February 7th and Day of Happiness on March 20th.
Just take a look through them all and see what you can come up with, use Canva or another graphics app or your graphic designer to create some images and away you go!
But, I hear you cry: “Where do you find the list?” and “How do you know what each day is for?”
I’ll let you in on it all – to make it all so much quicker for you!

Make a list, plan your content in advance, schedule it using a planner and away you go!
