This was a nice job to do recently – writing a Trip Advisor page for an apartment owner in North Cyprus.
The client already had a listing but it was very bland, and factual. We thought it needed to be jazzed up to really sell the place and give the potential holiday-maker all they might need to know.
We thought about what questions they might have and what they might want to know and included it all.
We have also asked the client to take more photos to really show off the holiday vibe too!
We wrote it in a way that sells the holiday as well as the apartment, so we talked about:
☀ Beautiful sea views
☀ 2 x pools
☀ Quiet location
☀ Lots to do locally
☀ Sunsets
☀ Relaxing
☀ Handy apartment amenities – washing machine for linger rentals, dishwasher for self-catering
☀ How to get there
☀ Extras – tax bookings / airport transfers etc
Telling people all of this in a storytelling style gives them all the info and helps them to imagine them there.
