Quartz Financial Services was celebrating a business birthday and decided to put on an event to celebrate. We suggested a family event with the children entertained, whilst the director could speak with as many of the grown-ups; her clients as possible to catch up and see which services of her expanding range they could use – and may not know about.

The event brought in much more than the cost of putting it on and was the catalyst for a regular client communication strategy.
